This is the one where we get to look at and comment on the physical prints from last year's WCPF Print Exhibition. It's always a good start to the new Season and a chance to share our opinions in a relaxed and fun evening. It's also a good opportunity to meet any new club members joining us for the first time

Our good friend Aleks Gjika, Chairman of Cheltenham International Salon Of Photography, will present his AV of the winning images and a selection of accepted images from all sections of the 2024 Salon of Photography. Look out for some sucessful images made by our own club members.

Thu 19 Sep 2024 - This is Nature but not 'Nature'.
A fun evening where you can submit your "nature" images which wouldn't qualify for a formal Nature competition. As many dogs, cats, sheep or cows or Gerbils as you like, or that exotic orchid from the supermarket, all of which would be banned from a Nature competition. Have fun!
Details of how to submit your images will be given nearer the time.

On our doorstep, in Chalford, there is an amazing studio run by Steve Russell, our speaker this evening. In adition to being a much travelled photographer Steve's studio specialises in the photography of major sculptures and works of art.
At the time of writing (June 2024) we're not sure what will be the topic of Steve's presentation but whatever it is, it is sure to be a fascinating evening. Check back here for updates, and in the meantime, take a look at Steve's studio website:
